The DEI Council and the Senate Faculty Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee are active groups that are engaged in the task of advancing and promoting DEI efforts at OU.
Oakland University faculty may also join various faculty/resource groups that allow faculty to share and collaborate with each other on areas of common interest. The Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander Resource Group, Black Faculty Association, Hispanic Faculty Association, and the Native American Advisory Committee are active faculty groups.
